Prowess Roster Requirements/Expectations
-Players need to give notice if they will not be at practice at least 2 hours before. You need to attend at least 4 out of 5 tryouts a week. This doesn't mean you can miss one. If you miss one without notice you get a strike. Three strikes equals benching and sub moves to the main roster.
-Players need to play at least 6 Deathmatches a day or an hour of aim training. It can be split up throughout the day of course. If you do not want to do this you may not have the commitment or drive to get better. We aren't gonna check up on you but just do it.
-Tournaments/scrims should be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. If a tournament/scrim is last minute (less than 2 days notice) it is understandable if you cannot make it. If you cannot show for a tournament, we must know at least 1 day before the tournament is set to begin or else that is a strike, unless it is an absolute last minute EMERGENCY.
-There will be 5 mandatory practices a week
-4 practices will be 2.5 hours give or take. The first 30 minutes will be in a custom game going over specific strats, defaults, etc. This time can be used for players to toss ideas out to the igl and captain. In scrims if players pick up on something feel free to suggest it to the igl. The next 2 hours will be devoted to scrims etc.
-The 5th practice will be 1 hour long and devoted to Vod review. We will watch a whole map we played as a team and we will go over the things we did right and the things we did wrong.
-There will be an optional hour long practice where whoever attends will review pro game/gameplay. There will be no strikes if you do not attend.
-At their leisure players can review additional vods/pro games and put their notes/ideas on them in the vod-notes chat.
