What I hope to achieve with the team is to attain a level of play that each player can be both satisfied and proud of. I hope to establish connections among people that can create meaningful gameplay beyond what one sees in their day-to-day solo queueing. Win or lose, if each player can end the day feeling good about how much they’ve improved in skill and depth and feel optimistic about what comes next, then we are going in the right direction.
