With the help of the players and other member we hope to strive to be a winning org and attract sponsors in order to become a top org in this region.

-Age - 16 and above
-rank - ascendant and above
- willing to go pro despite cons
-Accepts feedback
-no attitude
-not toxic
-active on discord
-willing to learn
-adjustable schedule
-Good coms
-has a mic
-active for scrims
-humble
-wont argue with coaches/IGL
