I am the IGL & one of the owners of CSG - originally 1.6 player had about 4k hours on 1.6, got 2.5K hours in source and nearly 2k hours in csgo,
The reason I have ticked all the boxes above is because I have some recruit on at the moment as i put everyone on a 2 week trial. But 3 of us are lurker, entry fragger and IGL but I expect most good players can do nearly anything in game so still contact me.
