Tournaments. High Rank. Practicing.

Would like to join a team that's serious and will help me achieve my goal of becoming a Pred. It's hard to solo q and I need to also practice with others and hope to get better than just being a Diamond. I also want to participate in tournaments. I did the ALGS once and would like to do it again and other tournaments as well.
