I want to become a player (igl) or coach for a team, hit consistent pred, and start playing in tournaments reviewing tournaments ect

I'm a masters player, I igl'd that team into master twice, I'm generally a level headed shot caller with what I would call good consistent aim, I generally feel like I under performed if I'm not top of my team in kills/dmg, I'm willing to sacrifice to practice and get better I want to put in the time for this game as I already have over 1000 hours in game, I hit diamond really easily by myself and get consistent wins in diamond also by myself
I also stream at good quality and am open to people critisizing my gameplay and calls
