Find a team to compete in tournaments with and improve myself and everyone I’m playing with.

I’ve been playing CoD for many years now and have always wanted to get into competing in tournaments but could never find out where to start. I’ve done gamebattles for about a year and a half now but could never keep a steady team. Hoping I can find somewhere to start here.
