I'm looking for a small esports team that wants to be built little by little and not make unrealistic goals that cant just happen in months. I want to see progress and dedication from the team and brand. I would like to see us joining tournaments whether cash or not, play friendlies, and grow together and possibly see a community in the future, even if its small because anything helps us and the brand.

Hello my name is Jose Ramos and I'm an amateur digital marketer who is focusing on paid ads, social media, and content marketing. I have studied the gaming industry, from esports to livestreaming. I would love to work for an esports team who is passionate about gaming as I am and has goals of growing to something meaningful. I would prefer not to be a player as I am looking more for experience in business and marketing, but I will make sure during my free time to improve my skills on the game, just in case an emergency were to happen. Currently I'm a Silver in Duos and Gold in Solo. I will gladly take part in meetings and the interests of the players to see which direction we should head as a team and as individuals. I will encourage and suggest content creation to be made from players so they can gain experience. I can also create a website through wordpress if the team gladly wants one.
