seeking to preform in high level tournaments on a consistent basis

I have been playing in the competitive market for about 2 months now with my trio and have placed in top 3 of the last 15 tournaments we have played with the exception of a 100k pro tournament we were invited to play in. My average Kd for the past month has been a 3.26 and I have over 215 wins collective. I am looking for an org not a team to represent out trio. We have grinded and would like this org to represent us to not onlt build our name in the community but the org's name itself.
