I want to compete in big competition like wsow duos or trios

So I'm 27 in the UK looking to join a team that's looking at getting into big competition and willing to train for it. My k/d is only 1.33 kill records are 31(duos), 25(duos) 23(trios) but its going up as I'm training daily in duos, trios and quads mainly soloing them. I just need a team that I can work well with and help me progress further.
