I have built a team for ESEA S54 and plan to play future ESEA seasons. Our team is currently 2-2 in Open 1-8. I'd love to continue building my IGL skills and have the team progress to playoffs, then IM.

About Me:
Hey everyone, my name is AreJ and I'm IGLing a new team for ESEA S54. I've played CS since 1.6, but took 4-5 years off during GO. I now play CS2 often and am currently Top 1000 in Premier (ranking over 27K this season), and level 8 on FaceIt (I don't play it, I'm likely closer to 2200-2400 ELO). I have a great mind for the game, and I'm looking to build and develop a team to reach IM.

I value teamwork, clear communication, and consistent performance. I'm always open to learning, improving, and supporting my teammates.

What I’m Looking For:
I'm looking for players for a serious and structured team in ESEA S54. We currently have a level 10, and I am IGLing with 4000+ hours and thousands of hours of pro gameplay watched. I'm 27K+ in Premier, but should be ranked 2200-2400+ ELO in Faceit. We're actively searching for players with a passion for growth, competition, and collaboration.

We're looking for chill players who can take feedback and implement it, and who want to grow. We will try you out on a quick theory test, and go from there.

Season timeline:
Scrims: 2-3 nights/week (Days & Times Flexible)
Match nights: ESEA official schedule

You Should…

Be 18+, live in NA (US or Canada, East coast preferred).
Have a strong understanding of the game.
Have stable FPS/Internet Connection.
Reliable or flexible schedule.

Most importantly, I'm looking for 'cool' people who are open to giving and receiving feedback.
