Im a player looking for a team that can excel

I'm looking for a new team that practices strats regularly and scrims or competes against other teams.

I come from Melbourne (AUS) and play after 7:30 (AEST) every night. I am sorry but I am a 12vie but I try not to annoy people. I don't like to mm because I get crap teams and that results into a bad rank. Sometimes I get angry but that's only when something dumb happens.

I have over 1.5k hours, I like to play AWP and I'm able to play with rifles such as m4a4 and Ak. I know strats and I can call if needed. I have played in teams and have experience.
