To improve as a player and aim to progress as High as possibel

I am looking for a position in a english speaking team (EU) that is looking to focus on improving and working together to compete at a higher level.

Currently I am MGE deranked from LEM (recently I have just been playing for fun but i miss the competitive scene)

I have been in various esport teams/orgs and have competed in various games and roles.
Currently I am unsure of what my main role would be but I am happy to adapt to fit the team.

In CSGO I have played as a Awper, entry fragger, lurker, support and other roles.
In the last organization I worked/competed in I worked as a IGL for a semi professional battlefield team as a sponsored player (I know dead meme) In that role I competed against teams such as fnatic and epsilon. I have also been a Coach for numerous teams (CSGO, Battlefield, R6S, LOL, Rocket league and more) as well as acting as the general manager for the esports division helping them grow the organization - at my peak I was managing over 30 players (voluntarily)

Since then I have been playing for fun but now I want to get back to competing.

I do have a full time career but my shifts are set so that I can arrange a consistent training schedule.
