I want to join a team so that i can improve myself as a csgo player.

I'm currently Gold Nova 1 with an average score of 50-70 points per game. I can work solo lurking or in a team rushing a point. I'm familiar with almost every competitive map and can play them well. I also don't let losses get to me I'm always back in the game even after a disappointing one.
