Looking for potential Dota teams for competitive play local or international level (Ti dream)

I mostly play offlane. I'm chinese, english speaking, working adult, stays in PJ. Able to play most days from 7:30 pm onwards. I would prefer to play online most of the time and won't mind meeting up for LAN sometimes. I would like to join a team with a good drafter or at least one with experience in it.
