I hope to sometime compete in a tournament at some point or get more experience in a team

Ive Played, LoL for a while (1year+) and have played DotA2 for about 3 weeks and i would say im fairly good at it at a more high level, and only seem to lose when its a team error (AFK, Early Feeding...etc...) So im looking for a team to compete with to get better and mabye win some tournaments, I have a wide range of Hero's i play aswell.
