I want to learn as a team to win every game and get into a place where few peoples have ever managed to get.

I fell in love with DOTA in 2009 when I was at my teenage. I started playing seriously in 2016 and tried to gain mmr learning from the internet and watching videos in youtube. I am looking for a team or a group who have the same desire as mine to achieve some respectable status as a player and learn and earn the skills we have. I want a regular team who can play seriously with a team mentality. I have a bad mmr due to worthless players online and want to help win games to those who want to play well and learn every game.
