Getting better

Hi,
i'm just a gamer that wants to grow in terms of skills in Dota 2.

I got support MMR of 1000~ and carry 1200~ but i don't care a lot about MMR currently, i think i deserve a bit more but the random teams are unplayable in these months.
I played a lot of games in my life, and i think i can get really good at Dota with a bit of help for i am really into it.
Motivation is going to die only for i can't play serious games and get better.

Playing in unranked or ranked with random guys is not helping me much (noobs in both teams are good to win, not to learn).
I play around 09pm > 00am every day (UTC +01:00 Rome).
I understand english and i can talk if needed.

I'm ok even by "filling" empty slots when a team is traning, i just want to get better.
