Join/get together a team that is somewhat competitive with decent experience, maybe even be very competitive. Join a team that is friendly and willing to work together.

Think of myself as an average player who is on a fair amount. However, I have a desire to play with people who are decent more regularly with a more competitive nature while also improving. Overall, I can play most slots well, except 5 (not my best) and most heroes.
