Join a Dota 2 team for semi-serious games

I am a college student who works part time so I don't have endless time. I usually play 3-4 games a day, mostly from 10pm-2am US Central time. I am currently at 2400 solo mmr and 1k party mmr. I have not been on a team in a long time so my party mmr needs to be raised. I mostly play support but I am comfortable with many heroes in other roles. I typically have a defensive play-style but I am good with some initiators. I am looking for a mostly casual team to play ranked and have fun with. I play USE and USW
