hitting champion, making it into fncs

i am a 16 year old diamond 2 level player. i almost qualified for fncs. im just looking for a good team that can play with me and not ditch me after a few matches. currently working on my building skills but improved significantly after some settings change. not looking to get payed but it would appreciate it as a paying job. but just looking for a team to compete competitively.
