i want to make it in the game really bad and i feel like joining a team would be a good idea

I have 2.1k pr and a lot of competitive experience on the game, I am extremely passionate in what i do and i hope to make it in the game big time.
I run around 10-20 ping ingame and 0 in creative, i have $100 earnings from wagers and scrims.
