Improve in game mechanics and improve rank. (Currently mid elite)

Hi, I'm 18, male, from the UK. I stream on twitch a little bit and looking to improve and get better.
I am polite, kind, but quite nervous, so please excuse the nerves ?
I use controller and play on the ps5.
I use touch pad to edit, however I am open to all suggestions as I would really like to get better.
