Hey, I'm Javier. I'm 13 years old. I have a channel and have a good eye for talent. I have scouted for many small teams and now they are slowly progressing in ranks and popularity. I also participate in games and lead and manage teams. I am very serious and right now I am currently working on two projects. Raising money to get a pc set up so I can have my PlayStation and pc. My other one is to raise money for local charities. Hope to be working for good organizations soon.
