I want to win games with a team rather than random people that just feed or give up

I've been playing League of Legends since season 3 and I've ended Gold every season I played. I've been playing a lot of ADC and Jungle also, trying to play more champs so, I have been learning new champions as well. I have Discord and willing to download other chat required programs if needed.
