Diamond, doing well in flex queue with a steady team

I have been playing League of Legends since season 4 and have been playing ranked primarily since season 5. I am currently ranked plat 4 in the support role and gold 2 in Jungle. I can also play other roles, but I would need time to get comfortable. I am much more of a macro player and I try to make informed calls in game. I am looking to improve on my in game play as well as my in game communication as I can sometimes get stuck on how I see the game. I can guarantee comms with advanced notice, but generally I just type if its a casual setting.
