Scrim and Gain experience

Hey, I am a GM4 flex DPS player, I pushed to GM4 solo Queue as tracer only. I am looking for a team of any rank (even bronze if i have to) that i can play with and scrim with.
I am also GM on support aswell as open Queue however i am a Flex DPS player.
I have ammassed over 1000 followers on my twitch account.
