Ti grow with a team and eventually get into higher eaports tournaments

Hi my name is Tharmick, or Devin. I am looking to start or join a team and be a manager/owner. I have a domain and it's not completely set up yet but it's a work in progress. I coached in the past for csgo and managed communities. But now I'm looking to step it up and go esports in valorant, cdl, or overwatch.
