Practice until good enough to compete

I have played Rainbow Six Siege on and off since it was released usually I take breaks from this game because I don’t have a consistent team to practice and get better with. I think this game is amazing when I have a full team to strategize and communicate with. I am willing to practice daily as I almost already do and get better with a team. I’m tired of unranked matches I want a ranked team to compete with.
