Grinding, Very Competitive!

Im a 4 year xbox veteran on RB6 switched over to PC this year and am trying to find the team that will be willing to help me expand my skills, im not a toxic person and if i mess up i admit to it. I am always trying to better myself. I was plat for the last 3 season of rb6 and now im on PC i havent played ranked yet since my level isnt high enough but i am willing to dedicate my time and efforts into grinding. Im a United States Marine, so during the week days from 4am to 4pm i cant play since ill be working but from 4pm to 1am im able to grind. If a team wants to put thier time in me im willing to put my time into them
