To grind to gold next season

description

I'm not looking for a competitive e-sport type team. I'm a bronze 1 who just doesn't have anyone to play with and is going through the struggles of solo que and I'd say my actual skill level is probably mid silver. I give callouts, will listen, and know the map. I'm looking for a team to grind ranked with and overall improve with. I also hope to find a team to grind to gold next season and do placement matches with. I'd also prefer not to play with squeakers and I'd say a big thing holding me back in this game is gunskill.
