I want to join a high ranked R6 team and help aim coach other players.

My username on R6 is Schmilfz. I play Rainbow Six Siege and my lifetime KD is 1.5, my casual is 2.0 , and my ranked is 1.49. My headshot percent is 56.3 which is top 2% of all R6 players. I currently play on my colleges team but I'm looking to play on a more competitive level. I stream R6 content to a small following on twitch and I think I would be a good asset to the team because I'm a good team player, I'm hardworking and I always strive to be the best.
