To play with a good squad on a more competitve level

Been playing r6 since Skull Rain, but switched to PC at Grim Sky. I currently have a 1.2 k/d with a 1.1 win/loss and am Emerald 2. I've been wanting to play for a team for a while to extend my competitive play and to see where I can go in the esports scene. I believe one of strongsuits is my teamwork and communication. Im 19 and in college but find time to play and can find time to get on when needed.
