Hoping to get a higher rank and to make a team and improve

I play rocket league always improving or at least trying right now i am a low rank since i haven't been grinding due to work reasons but now that i am off i'll be hitting ranked i wouldn't mind being trained my game mechanics are fine needs some improvement with air mechanics and flicks apart from that i score most of the goals i play a lot of 1's and 2's but looking to get into 3's since i am not ranked in 3's always looking to improve skills and game mechanics`so feel free to hit me up
