Having a career in competitive Rocket League with a team with the same desires.

I am looking for a team on Rocket League that has intentions to regularly compete in high end tournaments and scrimmage often. I have played Rocket League for four years and I'm currently a solo queue C3 in everything but I feel my skill is low gc2. I want to invest a lot of time into this and would love a career here.
