To eventually get to a smite pro league team or create one

I am an extremely good player and have been looking for teams to join smaller tournaments with and possible even go higher, I have over 3000 hours in the game and have been gm in duel multiple times. I haven’t gotten gm in conquest because I haven’t have a good enough team. I play solo lane and can play most warriors.
