To become a pro gamer and join a fun esports team

Hey guys. , I’m just a life long gamer here , I have lots of leadership experience , and I play so much FPS games it’s unreal. I lead a group for over a year of 300 so my team play is phenomenal, but I can show you that better than I can explain , I’m 21 years old and have always wanted to join the esports scene , I work construction full time but would love to do this
