i want to rank up and play skrims/tournaments to improve my skills in valorant aswell as improving comms and my decision making

Loved video games ever since i was a kid, got into fps shooters when i was in middle school whilst playing on a cheap HP laptop. Spent 1000+hrs in cs reaching LEM before turning to valorant as it was something that caught my eye. For the last 2 acts ive been pushing up to ascendant which ive reached and im now trying to find a team i can improve with to reach my peak.
