i wanna be a Professional Valorant Player and be much better and better

Hello Im BryRick 19 years old i play duelist mostly but i can play anyone is just the thing i cant play like sova or any that need to do with line ups or like making one way i'm very comfortable on using duelist mostly like to entry frag for the team and i would like to join a team to be more better and have more experience on the game because playing ranked game doesn't enough i need to experience more on scrims/tourna i joined several teams but i didnt success due to my school/work but now i have a time to grind and fix everything on my mechanics
