I want a team that’s capable of growing and taking a challenge, if you plan on just telling me and the others what We are doing wrong and not reflecting on your own mistakes then you aren’t the team or captain for me !

I’ve recently touched a bit on this game and realized after some game play that I am rather above average. I’m not looking for anything crazy, but I love to play on a daily basis, I used to be part of an old Dota 2 team I know this has nothing to do with valor but I’ve been in the scene before so I understand how things work.
