I want to get better as a player and learn more about the game in general

I reached gold 3 as my peak in act 2 but my act rank is gold 2 I am currently gold 1 immediately after my placements, but I'm striving to hit plat this season. I am looking for a team to play in tournaments with and a team that will help me improve. I am non toxic and always willing to work with new people and try new things. I am available most if not all evenings for practices and most weekends as well. The only exception to this is when I have homework as I am a junior in high school.
