Get better in Valorant/CS:GO, honestly either of them works for me. If I improve greatly over the next year or so I may consider going professional. I plan to start streaming both games soon.
[IMPORTANT]
I AM NOT 40 YEARS OLD. I AM 19 YEARS OLD - I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ALL ACCESS WITH EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE, HENCE I PUT MY AGE AS 40 JUST IN CASE.
-I am active and online for upwards of 6 hours a day (everyday pretty much)
-I am dedicated to the games I play and the team(s) I play with
-I hate toxicity and rudeness while playing games
-I expect teammates to be open for failure for the purpose of learning, and to not criticize my abilities too harshly without reason (e.g. if you see me do a wrong smoke, point it out but do not dawn on it for too long - I understand I made a mistake, it will not fly over my head ... another e.g. do not micromanage me; I like being constructively criticized, but telling me exactly what to do in every moment tells me you do not trust me (which good teammates do not do) and gets me out of my element which will 9/10 make me lose a fight, clutch, etc. ... KNOW when to tell me stuff and when to not. I am not egotistical, and am open to improvement and criticism (I know it is necessary for my improvement as well as the team's), but I also expect equal respect and understanding if I am on the team).
-I like to have positive energy even while losing. I know it can suck when your team is not performing after a practice, but think about how many losses a professional team has experienced before winning? In these games, even if you are the better team, there will be games where you just get destroyed - it's just how it is. And if you are getting destroyed by a better team, that's awesome! It means you are finally facing a team worth beating.
