rank up

ive been stuck at bronze 1 - iron 3 for the longest time ever and coz most of my friends don't have a pc or laptop so they cant play valo with me. i keep getting paired up with noobs every round and can't rank up coz of that. so im looking for a good team around the same level as me to play together.
