Join and improve myself and the team

Im a decent cypher/ KJ main looking for a team to call home and improve with. As far as experience I've played this game since closed beta and gotten to platinum 2 with my ex teammates in episode 1 act 2 although I'm not nearly as good as I used to be. As of right now I'm silver 3 and on the cusp of ranking up. as i've mentioned i have played on a team before so I know the what I need to do and what is required to be a true team player.
