I want to raise my rank and have the opportunity to play with a team that will be supportive

I am wanting to get into a more Competitive Scene in Valorant with actual teams who try and are helpful and not just messing around with my friends I stream on twitch and I just want to try and get better and have a helpful supportive group of people surrounding me
