I am new to Valorant and I'm struggling to get out of the mid Level Gaming experience just solo queuing.

I want to find a team that can use my experience from CSGO, people with a feel for timings or the ability to give and use valuable call outs.

Currently ranked in Gold I am confident, with the right team mates, that I can move up at least one full tier.

I'm a 29 year old British male with a Bachelors Degree.

I have 8 years CSGO experience playing with a small group of friends and solo queue in Match Making servers. Consistently maintaining LE in EU servers when playing with >2 other friends. I moved to CA last year and have yet to find a group to game with.

My Role is probably best described as a Support Player. I am highly versatile and make an effort to always make the most of an entry.

I have experience as an IGL, though through playing with friends for a lot of years we got to know what to expect from one another and would mostly share the 'Leader' role based on information we had realized through calls.

I also played Source, but mostly in the mod scene.
