Gamer since childhood, Need a team / players for valorant for playing together , serious about playing tournaments with the teams

hey there , I play Valorant PC , need a team for playing the game together and increase rank , i was in tier bronze 2 in act 2 , had some reasons stop playing . Currently Im in iron 2 just bcz of some noob players . Im willing to play with a team who has serious intention of rank push and leveling up their skills and gameplay as well . Well obviously its a Team game , playing with a team has more impact than playin with random people . Playing with random people is just like playing solo . Team work becomes 0 . See im an iron player i accept that but i can surely assure you if i play in team for like 3 days straight i can cop-up better and we'll increase our ranks too.
