To one day make it pro on Valorant

I am a new player who is aspiring to become a professional valorant player. I didnt play CSGO so dont have much experience when it comes to the game but i am willing to grind for multiple hours every single day to one day hopefully make it pro in the future. I am from the UK so i play on EU servers so would preferably like to play with other EU players.
