My ambition is to go pro i’m willing to put the time in, just need help finding a team, i feel like everyday i’m learning something new

I’m plat 3 about to hit diamond 1 today, I’m a really good IGL in rank.I know what i’m doing most of the time, I feel like if i got some more Coaching I could Really improve my games, my aim really good but, it kinda needs to be in high ranks.
