I want to join a team and Improve

Hi I am Zkiller a player whos current Peak is Plat 2(in episode 5 act 2 and current rank is gold as of recent I am interested in joining a team and comfortable in playing a sentinel role, Smokes role, or a Flex role. I feel as if I can work with a team and cooperate with them however I can not due lan events.
